2025 Season Update

Coast Guard Examination 

After months of preparation, we had our Coast Guard Safety examination on June 10th and passed it! We are so humbled and honored to work with the Coast Guard team that work everyday to keep us all  safe on the waters of the U.S.A. We learned so much from this incredible team. Thank you all for your service to our nation!

2025 Utopia launch

We are planning to launch the Utopia on June 9th. Stay tuned as we finalize the plan!

2025 Sailing Season Crew-Join us!

Utopia is planning to sail every day that weather allows. We are also working hard to get her ready to attend the Tall Ship Festival  in Sturgeon Bay from July 31st-August 3rd,2025.

Volunteers

We have been working on the boat at the marina and she is looking good!

She has had many repairs and a fresh coat of paint as well as other necessary upgrades.

We are working hard to get her ready for her Coast guard safety examination this month.

If you have time to volunteer to help, we would welcome more hands. To all of you who have helped us with the website, woodworking shop, metalworking or painting; thank you so much! 

The Utopia’s restoration is a labor of love and we could not do it without you! So many people are delighted that she has returned to Wisconsin and is being restored as one of the last remaining Tall Ships built in Wisconsin. She is a tribute to Wisconsin’s expertise in maritime construction.
